SHIPPING POLICY

Items purchased within the United States go through USPS standard shipping. Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Processing time for items placed after 2 p.m. CST begins the following day, please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. 

 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We offer free returns within the U.S. Please mail your return back to us with your order number written on the outside of the box, email us for a return shipping label at looterlure@gmail.com. As a small and local fishing lure company we can accept returns of unused items only from 14 days of the date you receive the items, with the exception of sale items, which are final sale but may be exchanged. Items must be in their original state with all labels and tags on them in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used within 10 days.

Looter Lure reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.  

All sales are final for items purchased through a 3rd party website. Please read all information carefully before purchasing through a 3rd party website. If you have any questions please email us at looterlure@gmail.com.

Please send us an email at looterlure@gmail.com to exchange merchandise. We provide free exchanges within the U.S. 

CANCEL MY ORDER

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel. We cannot guarantee a cancellation but we offer returns in the event that you do not want your goods.

RECEIPT OF PURCHASE

For environmental purposes, we have chosen to email all order receipts of purchase as opposed to including them with your shipment.
